Welcoming the Villa Maria Centres

In January 2008, Catholic Healthcare accepted responsibility for the continuation of the aged care ministries of the Villa Maria Centres.

In continuing these ministries, Catholic Healthcare welcomed more than 180 residents across three aged care services.

The Villa Maria Centre at 171 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 Ph 07 3835 8100 has 50 low care places.

The Villa Maria Centre at 98 Limestone St, Ipswich QLD 4305 Ph 07 3281 4400 has 40 low care places.

The Villa Maria Centre at 15a Blackman Parade, Unanderra NSW 2526 Ph 07 4271 2377 has 35 high care and 61 low care places.

The transition of these new ministries heralds Catholic Healthcare's entry into Queensland. Today we provide support to sick, frail, elderly and marginalised people through 40 residential aged care services, 10 seniors living communities, three community hospitals as well as providing community care services to more than 5,000 people.
