Welcoming Vinnies aged care services
In May 2007, Catholic Healthcare accepted responsibility for the continuation of the aged care ministries of the St Vincent de Paul Society. In continuing these ministries, Catholic Healthcare has welcomed more than 900 residents across 19 residential aged care services and three seniors living communities.
As a result, Catholic Healthcare has become the approved provider of the following services:

The transition of these new ministries significantly increases Catholic Healthcare's size. Today, we provide care and support to sick, frail, elderly and marginalised people through 40 residential aged care services, 10 seniors living communities, three community hospitals, as well as, providing community care services to more than 5,000 people.
With our recent growth, Catholic Healthcare is now positioned as the largest Catholic provider of residential and community aged care services in Australia.
