Working for Catholic Healthcare
Catholic Healthcare has invested significant resources in establishing a sound, effective management infrastructure to fulfil its mission. Employing more than 3,000 staff across New South Wales, we strive to ensure a consistent, high-quality approach to care across the whole organisation.
Care underpins our work and service. Even though not all of us are directly employed to care for residents, patients or clients, we all have an important role in ensuring that all people in our service receive our very best care.
Human Resources team supports facility leaders to build effective, constructive workplaces. Specific responsibilities include the provision of centralised payroll and internal consultancy services encompassing industrial relations, occupational health and safety, learning and development.
The team has a major future focus on extending its consulting and coaching role, and providing managers with support, training, tools and models so they can work with their staff and deliver quality care.
Our workplace vision
The Catholic Healthcare mission discusses sharing the meaning of our work. We strive to make this a reality by encouraging and supporting workplaces that are welcoming, affirming and enabling. You can find out more about our care philosophy here.
