Bequest Wording

Thank you for considering a gift to Catholic Healthcare in your Will.

We recommend that you seek advice from your solicitor when making or updating your Will.

To include a simple bequest to Catholic Healthcare, we suggest wording as follows.

 

Percentage bequest

I give [insert percentage]% of my estate free of all duties to Catholic Healthcare Limited for its general purposes. The receipt of the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary or other authorised officer for the time being of Catholic Healthcare Limited is an absolute discharge to my executors.
